IDENTITY SYSTEM / VERSION 1.0
Built for good work.
The HandyQuext identity combines residential craftsmanship with clear, considered communication. Warm color. Confident type. Useful details.
01 / Our signature
An original home outline, a deliberate check, and a Q-shaped tail. Together they express a simple idea: good work, clearly shared.
Room to breathe
- Reserve clear space of at least one quarter of the mark’s width around the full logo.
- Use the full logo at 180 px wide or larger. Use the mark at 32 px or larger; use the favicon for smaller contexts.
- Keep proportions, check, and tail intact. Do not stretch, rotate, add shadows, or place on busy imagery.
02 / A practical, warm palette

Lead with ink and paper. Use mint for generous surfaces and coral or sun for accents. Use ink text on pale colors. Coral is a graphic accent, not a small-text color; white on coral does not meet normal-text contrast requirements.
03 / Straightforward typography
AVENIR NEXT / SEGoe UI / ARIAL / SANS-SERIF
Good work.
Clearly shared.
Keep the details organized, the progress visible, and your customers in the picture.
Use the system font stack. Body copy starts at 16 px; headings use a confident weight and tight tracking. No font files or external font service are required. SVG wordmarks retain live text, so exact letter shapes depend on installed fonts.
04 / Form follows clarity
Use a 4 px spacing foundation. Give cards 20–24 px corners, keep controls clear, and provide visible keyboard focus. Use a 44 px minimum target for primary controls. Icons support labels; they don’t replace them.
05 / A voice that earns trust
Sound capable, warm, and specific. Describe what the product helps someone do. Clearly label development features and fictional examples. Never turn an idea into a promise, a checklist count into contractual completion, or a seen receipt into approval.
Say
“Choose what customers see.”
“Live sharing is still in development.”
“3 of 5 milestones complete.”
Avoid
Unverified time savings, invented testimonials, guaranteed completion dates, unlimited storage, or claims that planned cloud features are already live.
